Terms & Conditions

By installing or using Bundle Architect (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including merchants operating Shopify stores ("you", "your").

Bundle Architect is a Shopify application developed and operated by Saniere Ltd that provides the following functionality:

• Automatic bundle price calculation and synchronisation based on product reference metafields
• Inventory level synchronisation between bundle products and their component products
• Storefront theme blocks for displaying bundle components, product upsells, and product specifications
• Bulk price sync tools for managing large product catalogs

The App integrates with your Shopify store via the Shopify Admin API and requires certain permissions to function correctly.

By installing the App, you grant it the following Shopify API permissions:

• read_products / write_products — to read metafields, calculate prices, and update variant prices
• read_orders — to detect when a bundle is sold and trigger inventory deductions
• read_inventory / write_inventory — to read and update stock levels for bundle products

The App does not store your product data beyond what is necessary to process webhook events. Shopify access tokens are stored securely and used solely to authenticate API requests on your behalf.

The App is available on the following plans:

• Taster (Free) — limited to 20 synced bundles. Manual price syncing only.
• Pro ($40/mo) — up to 100 synced bundles, bulk syncing, and custom metafield namespaces.
• Ultimate ($120/mo) — up to 300 synced bundles, priority sync queue, and premium support. For greater limits, please contact us.

All paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time through the Shopify app billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Bundle limits on paid plans are enforced. Exceeding your plan's limit will trigger an upgrade notice within the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to process fraudulent transactions or manipulate pricing in violation of Shopify's Terms of Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the App's source code
• Use the App in a way that causes excessive load on the Shopify API or our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the App without written permission from Saniere Ltd

We aim to maintain a high level of uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Planned maintenance, Shopify API outages, or infrastructure events may affect availability.

Webhook-driven features (price sync, inventory sync) depend on Shopify's webhook delivery system. We are not responsible for delays or missed events caused by Shopify's infrastructure.

Saniere Ltd provides the App "as-is" and shall not be legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect prices being applied to products due to misconfigured metafields
• Inventory discrepancies arising from delayed or missed webhook events
• Loss of revenue, loss of sales, or lost profits resulting from App bugs, server downtime (e.g., hosting outages), or errors

By using the App, you agree that Saniere Ltd cannot be held legally liable or sued for any loss of sales. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Saniere Ltd in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, we will cease processing your store's webhooks. Any data stored in association with your store (such as authentication tokens) will be deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
